Maileater. text_api.cfg file. How to add Origen field

I need your help one more time.
Maileater. text_api.cfg file
I need to add the Origen field.

I Tried this:
INCIDENT.ORIGEN = zOrigen.STRING,

but it doesn't load it, I don't see an error in the log, but the field remains blank even though the value I entered in the mail is correct.

Can you help me?
How should I add it in the text_api.cfg file
