Export button not work only for CIs

    Hi Members

    We have issue with the export button. The button works with all the modules but not Conifguration Items. When we click on Export button to export the CIs, nothing happens whereas when we export any tickets or contacts etc. it works.

    Anyone advise what could  be issue as we don't see any error in logs when click on export for CIs

    Hi Asim,

    First things first...Is the screen/form still OOTB or you have made some customizations to the CI list form? If there has been some modifications, then disable the modifications and test the functionality with the OOTB form.

    Hi Brain

    Thanks for ur advise. The issue was with F5 as it was blocking.
