Service Point - Tab "My Approvals"

Hi,

I need some information about the tab "Meine Genehmigungen" in german or translated "My Approvals" in Service Point.

When are tickets shown in this tab? I had a few tickets open with the status "Pending approval" in my tickets tab and the tickets are not displayed in the other tab.

So when are tickets shown in this specific tab "My Approvals"?

I'm facing also this issue. Some tickets are shown in 'My Approvals' tab, but there were already approved or rejected. My environment is r17.2.0.8
