    Hi Team

    I am looking for a REST API to fetch/update the incidents and activity log information from CA Service DESK. Can someone help me with this as i don't have much clarity?
    Service Point REST API has getMyTicketDetails and addLogComment. Can these be used? if not, what are these API's then?
