We modified one report in SAP Business Object XI build in Crystal Report to fetch one more columns for Last Modified Date.
after modification we save & update Database Logon credentials also. But every time when we access the report from InfoView it ask for Logon credentials. After putting credentials, the report works fine. but why is it asking every time? The other reports work fine.
We already checked 'Use same database logon as when report is run' in Report Database logon setting window.
do anybody have an idea?
