Hi all,
I'm running Clarity Service Management 17.1. I use Sitemider (CA Single Sign On) to authentication because oAuth 2.0 is my authentication provider.
CA Service Catalog was sucessfully configured to look for userid at our request header (sm_user).
However, when I try to make the same with SDM, it still prompts for user id and password after external authentication was made.
According to this documentation:
https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/business-management/ca-service-management/14-1/administering/configure-ca-service-desk-manager/ca-sdm-user-authentication.htm, external authentication is already enabled in SDM for this user access type validation type is CA EEM and I am also accessing through a secure-server.
Is there any way to tell SDM the name of our header variable to take user's userid or is there another configuration I am missing to do correctly?
Regards,
Fabio.
