Unable to download attachement in CA SDM Mobile app

    Dear Team,

    we have Installed SDM in Advanced availability & added BG server in Global DNS.we are able to download & upload the attachement via chrome browser over the internet.

    But we are unable to download any attachement via mobile application we are not getting any error msg,

    Please suggest me.
