  • 1.  Service Management Upgrade 17.3 fail

    Hi 

    when I try to update to 17.3 I get the following error message in the activity "Running pre configuration steps for CA Service Desk Manager Update (s): 17.3"

    with the following message

    Exception occured while running PreConfigureActions : Action [content=OpenJDK11U-jdk_x64_windows_hotspot_11.0.3_7.zip, dir=, relPath=, _switch=, type=jreupgrade, source=patches\common, version=11.0.3, use64BitPath=false]

    any suggestion

    Hi Jonathan,

    From which version are you upgrading from and the OS thereof?

    Otherwise, I would suggest to log a support case and upload the relevant install logs for further analysis as I have never come across that specific error.

    my actual version is 17.1

    Are you still facing an issue with the 17.3 upgrade?

    If so, have you looked at the INSTALL.LOG file?
