  • 1.  Filter CO based on CIs

    Hi Team

    We have CIs attached in every change order ticket under 'Configuration Management' Tab. We need to filter Change Order based on particular CI's attached on change order. How can we do that ? Can anyone guide this from data partition or stored query?

    Hi,

     

    You should be able to use an additional filter similar to the following when searching for the CO tickets:

     

    asset.nr.name='<name of the CI>'

    asset.nr.id = U'<id of asset')

    Just want to ask little more, when i apply the same query in Change calender, it doesnot show result and server delay response appear after some sec

    Any idea?
