we use Service Desk Manager 17.2.0.3 in a Suse Linux Environment and want to switch from the classic end user (employee) interface to Service Point. We do not use tenant configuration but we still need to deploy different Business User Interfaces to different Users. A functionality analogous to the 'form groups' in the classic Employee Interface. The input fields and the displayed category buttons should be different and we have to be able to assign the interfaces to certain access types / roles.
How could this be implemented?
