I configured the sdm integration with openLdap and when running pdm_ldap_test all the values in the repository are displayed correctly, however, when trying to run pdm_ldap_import an error is reported stating that no LDAP agent was found.
I followed some topics related to this error, including one of them orienting to define the ldap domain in the variable @NX_LDAP_DOMAIN but it is still not possible to load users directly from ldap.
Has anyone ever had this problem?
Which specific SDM version and patch level are you using?
Are you able to manually create a SDM contact via LDAP via the 'New Contact from LDAP option' from the SDM UI?
Thanks for your response!
The version is the 17.1 and i can´t create contacts in the "new contact from ldap" option, .
However, I created the user I am using to integrate with ldap and the authentication worked correctly.
The problem seems to be with something related to LDAP agents.
When I try to create a new contact through the direct option from SDM it is also reported that LDAP agent was not found:
Have you already tried the resolution stated in pdm_ldap_import errors out with "Method got_record - CA Knowledge
I had already tried to perform the steps described in the document, added the option in NX.env and tried to run pdm_ldap_import -n "domain" and the same error occurs.
pdm_ldap_sync: Starting...pdm_ldap_import: LDAP where clause = "ldap_domain = 'mydomain' AND userid='%'"pdm_ldap_import: Contact where clause = "ldap_dn = ?"pdm_ldap_import: Method got_record in Ldap_Catcher failed (LDAP agent not found)
Best bet is to open a Support case for further assistance.
When opening the support case, please include the .HIS and NX.ENV files.
