    Good afternoon, I hope you can help me determine the causes why the following messages are occurring

     

     

    "Illegal access to the viewer, please use a valid url"

     

     

    "Database error: [DataDirect][OpenAcess SDK driver]An error ocurred,but no diagnostics are available..(IES 10901)(Error:INF)

     

     

    When this happens we proceed to restart the ODBC service

    Hi Alexis,

     

    I assume that you have Business object installed on your environment and the error is noted due to the reports that you are fetching in this case? Correct me if I am wrong? Also could you mention the version and current products that you are using in your environment.

    Hello first of all thank you for replying I have implemented Plataforma de BI de SAP BusinessObjects 4.1 Support Pack 3 Versión: 14.1.3.1257
