Record Lock Issue and doesnt get unlocked

    Hi Team,

     

    We have r14.1 in our env in Adv Availability configuration. One of our user is facing issue while editing the ticket. It displays that the record is locked by some other user. But it is strange that even that user is not able to unlock the ticket. The user gets the checkbox to unlock the record but once clicking on edit, the system just keeps on processing the page but there is no output. 

    Kindly let me know how can we resolve this issue.
