after transport of a service from development to productiv system we have some wrong behaviours.
In development env comment is shown only one per Request.
In production the selected service shows the comment/attachment-link per request-item.
We cannot find any parameter in Service/SOG/SO/Form different to development.
Is there any parameter that controls this per item?
We found an article 'Request with Duplicate Comment in Portal'
But the instructions didn't help.
Are there new ideas?

As I reproduced this on a local server, I started researching for this.And then found the following solution(working for me at least):Set 'Allow Notes at Service Option Level' to NO in the Catalog > Configuration > Request Management Configuration I hope/expect this will work for you then too.
