Can Maileater set the Close Status Field Description?

We are trying to get Maileater updates to Close a ticket AND send the Close event's 'User Description', a.k.a. act_log.description WHERE type = 'CL' in a single shot.  How it seems to work is that there is one line that sets the ticket Status to Closed and another required for add a Log Comment.  Does anyone know if this can be accomplished?
