Unable to create tickets in Xflow Interface for Other Tenants

    Hello,

     

    We are able to create both incidents and requests in Xflow Interface but we are facing two issues. We are using 14.1.05.1 version as of now for CA Service Desk.

     

    1. whenever user changing the priority or updates the status their description is not mendatory. Is there any option to give description as mendatory in Xflow interface.

     

    2. We are unable to create tickets for other tenants As of now only Service Provider tenant is working but not for other tenants. Even if Service Provider user selecting other tenant user , then also it's not opening. tenant field is showing blank and they are not allowing us to update the tenant field as shown in the below image.
