Sorry, I don't have a lab box at the moment, because . . . of reasons.
But I might have some suggestions to find it.
1) Use The "Find in Files" function of Notepad++ to search against your /bopcfg files files and search for the string "You have" (whole words, case sensitive) and see if you can find the relevant file that way.

2) The browser debug feature (F12 in Chrome for example) might tell you where that is coming from, of using Fiddler to do a trace.
