    I am trying to determine a way in SDM v17 to show managers the number of changes their subordinates have created that occur within a designated change blackout.  From the way the system seems to validate the scheduled dates when you open them and how the reporting system requires that you define not only the start and end dates of your query but also select which blackout window you are checking against, it does not seem as though there is a 'blackout' variable with a 1 or 0 value.  I feel like there is something I am missing.

     

    Has anyone come up with a solution to this?
