Service Catalog 17.1 form table form element configuration

Hi Community,

 

Service Catalog 17.1,

 

We have form which have four tables in an order, out which the first table is getting loaded with one row , row has empty values.

Ideally we want to requester to add the rows of table by clicking the '+' button. but this first table getting loaded with  one  row with empty values.

 

how to load the table by default with no rows.

My first response then is to check for the values of the form attributes:
Allow Edits : false or true. Should it be empty then set this to either false or true
Allow Inserts: false or true.
Mode = data

Another question: what is the patch level of your 17.1 environment?

RU1, RU2 and possible the incremental patch 1?

Allow Edits : true

Allow Inserts : true

mode: data

 

 

 

 

 

we have recently installed 17.1 the cumulative patch one and two i.e SO03787,SO06653.

In particular element of the tables value is pre-set, due to this table is loading with one empty row. removing the pre-set value fixed the issue.
