  • 1.  Problem with Service Desk CI Detail Page

    Yesterday I installed Kaspersky Free Antivirus in my Windows 10 machine.

    After that, opening the CI detail page was not complete.

    The system is not showing the superior part of page where we can find CI name, Mac Address and so on.

    I tryed to open in all browsers (Chrome, IE, Edge and Firefox Portable).

    Someone already experienced something like this?

    I´m using SDM 17.1 RU1.

    Looks like a customized page having errors - you can check the stdlog.x file or the Javascripe Console for errors in your browser.

    Are you using the OOB forms or did you customize any part of the CI display page ?

    No it is not a customized page.

    The problem is related to the antivirus I installed.

    Today I removed the AV software and the page back to work.
