  • 1.  Report Migration from Crystal report to Jasper Studio

    Hi ALL

    Client using the SDM 14.1 with CAB 4.3 however he creates the reports in crystal report and using it with OLD CABI.

     

    Question:

    Is it possible to import all crystal reports from crystal to jaspersoft studio.

    JasperSoft Reports are not compatible with Crystal Reports, existing BOXI reports will have to be re-designed in the new reporting solution.

    One thing to consider is that CABI used BOXI in the backend, which is made by SAP.  The later reporting solution is manufactured by Jasper, and has a separate architectural design.

     

    Also for consideration is that there may also be existing license limitations that would inhibit the development of any sort of automated report conversion.
