SDM Mailbox Rule filter - any words from a list in the subject

    SDM 14.1 (unable to test in 17.1 yet).

     

    Use Case:  Customer wants to have an ticket created with a specific category when the subject contains _any_ of the following words:  email, password, reset, or outlook.

     

    I can't seem to get the filter right and need to know if this is a filter limitation or just regex syntax on my part.

     

    What I have tested:

     

    \b(?:email|password|reset|outlook)\b

     

    This works fine in my regex tester (regex101.com); but never hits in SDM.  I have taken actual subject lines from the headers of failed emails and they pass regex101
