    Hi all,

     

    Is it possible to separate the setting of service target and service type.

    For example, when the service type change, the ticket keep the current ongoing service target.

    Or vice versa, the ticket change the service target but keep the current ongoing service type.

    CAS, I don't think you can do that with current SDM versions. Maybe an idea help. Thanks _Chi
