    Patsy.............

Please check the ADMINISTRATION Access Type (SECURITY AND ROLE MANAGEMENT -> ACCESS TYPES) and ensure that the '3. ROLES' tab has values for the different roles specified (i.e. Command Line Utility Role)

Hello Patsy, please look at your Access Type, Roles Tab, there are 5 Role fields are they all set to Administrator, if not please set and try again.

If this does not help, please open a support case.

    Regards,

    Richard

Patsy, you may have a data partition for this role? And were you able to upload file to this repository? Thanks _Chi

    Hi,

It has been awhile since we worked on anything together.  Hope you are doing well.  I did change my data partition to match the other administrator who can replace the file.  We are trying to let the customer replace the file on their own but I can’t figure out what permissions they need.

    Thank you
