Cannot submit a request using Request Manager role

    Hi,

     

    I cannot locate the submit button using the request manager role.

    The offering is set to be a shopping cart. Once the form is edited, the save option appears but the request cannot be submitted. 

     

    kindly advise.

    Hi, is this the request manager's own request, or another user's?

    Hi Faheem,

    Can a user defined as requestmanager create any request .

    if not I would recommend you check the catalog --> Configuration -->Request Management Configuration 

    nd the request manager role is present in the following columns 

    • Access Control: Add Request
    • Access Control: Edit Request
    • Access Control: Save Cart As Request
