I want to create new rule in Archive & Purge & I want all the tickets older then 5 years deleted/removed and purged. because we don't required anymore. how can I do that please help.

Ahmer, one caution...doing one shot for 5 years inactive tickets could clog the SDM if you have a lot of tickets. You may consider incremental archive/purge like do one for older than 8 years, next one for 7 years and so on. Thanks _Chi
