No Chat-bot.
But there is "Chat" within the Support Automation component.
And Knowledge for Knowledge Documents.
As Chi says, this sounds like an enhancement request - you may log an "Idea" at the top right of this site.
Maybe better for you would be to consider a third party solution. I typed in "Add chat bot to website" into an internet search, and there seem to be products out there.
You could point it at the CA SDM knowledge documents. Or maybe at a Summary/Resolution field if it you're sure it had sanitised data.
I'm not clued into this technology, but I'm guessing that you'd need a fairly large and accurate data store in order to get best use out of it. It surely can't be as simple as "Install chat bot. Go!"
