I recently upgrade my 14.1CUM2 to 17.1.01 SDM and now everytime i click "edit" on a ticket the window seems like this:
All fields are gone when you click edit.. Anyone has seen something like this?
Have you tried removing any form customizations in NX_ROOT\site\mods\www and running PDM_WEBCACHE to see if the issue persists?
Also remember to clear/delete browser cached files/contents.
I recommend you do the following
1 open the web screen painter on the server and look for the form detail_cr for the request and detail_in for the incidents.2 Once opened click on the menu file and select open the form in the standard version3 replace the content of the form in your form and save4 publish the form5 open a powersheell or cmd with administrator privileges and execute the following commandspdm_refreshpdm_webcache
note. sometimes the browser stores the old form for this we must delete the forms of it on computer clients
The problem was caused for installing the 17.1 rollup patch to a plain 17.0 install.
