  • 1.  How would I customize the Survey to the example shown below

    Customized Survey Form in Service Desk

     

    Hi, I'm looking to customize the default Service Desk Survey form to match the below and was wondering if anybody has successfully been able to accomplish this or have any suggestion on how to go about.

     

     

    Upon clicking on one of the face happy or sad I would like to present one of the following screens for the affected user to select.

     

    Happy face

     

     

    Sad Face...

     

     

    I do believe one of the steps I would need to do be would to customize the do_svy.hmtmpl file, and etc.. Any guidance would be much appreciated. Regards.

    that's one way to do that.

     

    Summary CA SDM webservice 

     

    Site_Link_v1.zip Update tickets using e-mail link  / link_C#.zip
