Migrate SC Service from one environment to another

Is it possible to migrate data from a Service Catalog environment with version 12.9 to a new environment with version 17.1 without restoring all the BD in the new environment? 

 

For example today there are some service pending for approval and we need migrate those service. We only need migrate the services open, the services close is not necesary.

I do not think so.

 

Migrating data like Offerings and forms is easy with the export/import feature but for the "living data" ie: active request and pending action, I am not aware of another way to do this other than migrating the entire db.
