    I'm trying to get the JasperSoft Studio Professional to add more reports in ServiceDesk, but the kit is not included in the CA delivered package - there's only the server part. I'm trying download the Studio (the Professional edition, not the Community edition), but there's no public download available - looks like I have to register with Tibco to get it.


    Is there any restriction that Tibco imposes on re-distributing the Studio - can't we get it in the CA distributed JasperSoft kit ?

    Hey Cristi,


    Per the licensing agreements, CA SM team is not able to ship out Jasper Studio from our CABI DVDs/FTP sites.

    You can open a CA Support case for assistance in obtaining the Professional Edition of JasperSoft Studio.

    Hi Paul,
    I have a CASE open for Studio-Problem (32238172).
    Could you please use it to deliver a working Studio (7.5.0 seems to work for Michael).
    As Armin mentioned pcprov-jdk15on-1.52.jar may miss in the env.
