    Hello Community,

     

    We created a user in BOXI that actually exist in SDM, leaving the passwords fields in blank, check "password never expires?" box and enabling the Enterprise Authentication box.

     

    Doing this, the user gets the following error trying to login.

     

    Account information not recognized: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)

     

    When we go back to modify the user and fill the passwords fields with the user's password and save it, then it works normally.

     

    Please help.

    Jose............

     

    Both the SDM contact record username and the BOXI contact record password need to match in terms of the username and password.

     

    If not, you would expect to receive the error message you have indicated.
