change design CA SDM 17

Hi,
Currently, I updated CA SDM to version 17.1, but I noticed that the design change to color white.

Is it possible to change the color in a general way?
What files must be modified?

I want to modify the login and the analyst view

Marco, I think it is the css file. It should be analyst_styles.css file in  \wwwroot\css folder and you would need to change #ffffff (while color) to #00174A (blue color). Thanks _Chi
