  • 1.  Default area in self-service incident

    Hi everyone,

I think this is a simple issue, but I'm not figuring out how to do it. I would like to preload a default area (and make it read only) in self-service opening of a incident (most specifically, when the user is anonymous, but the condition is easier to do). Since the forms of self-service are more limited, are there any way to accomplish this? I've thought in editing home.htmpl file, but all code for opening a ticket is packed into a function called "prompt_for_knowledge" (which is located in an external javascript file).

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Diogo

You could use a Data Partition constraint of type "Defaults" in the Employee Data Partition.
