  • 1.  How can i import  a Derived Universe CABI 14.1

    Hello community

    i readed the instructions to import the Derived Universe from CABI 4.1 in this url

    Install CA Business Intelligence - CA Service Management - 14.1 - CA Technologies Documentation

    i dont understant the step 3 of Special instructions for the derived universe

    i use the universe desig tool >> File >> Import and select CA Service Desk Universe after this but i required to import the Derived Universe for any customizations of z flieds

    But to import this derived universe i dont know what is the location or how i find to import it

    This folders are displays but dont know what is the correct to choose it

     

    Please if  someone knows the  steps  let me know

    Hi Christian,

     

    If there was a derived universe already that was created, it would be in one of the folders indicated above.  One way of finding this out is,  login to central management console (http://host:port/BOE/CMC ), use the main dropdown on the home screen to select Universes.  It should show all the universes you have on your system.
