Customizing CA Service Desk Web Interface

I would like to customize my companies ca service desk web interface and it would be great if i can get some opinions from users who made such customizations. I want to see what can be done, printscreens would be much appreciated.

I would strongly advise discussing internally what changes your site requires.  Customizations are a pretty broad topic that can range anywhere from transmitting emails when certain conditions occur to rearranging menu listings, scoreboard displays.  Some of the more complex changes may involve full integrations of other products.
