  • 1.  How to replace document in knowledge-document ?

    I want to replace the document in knowledge document section. but there is no option? how can i remove the document and update with the new one ? PLEASE HELP

    Hey Ahmer,

     

    You could retire a KD and publish a new one.  Or create a new version of the same doc and put all new content in the new one, save and publish
