¿Como relacionar Service Desk - Service Catalog?

    Buenas tardes.

     

    Estoy empezando a trabajar con la herramienta Service Desk. Entiendo que hay una manera de relacionar Service Desk con SA Service Catalog  pero no se como hacerlo. ¿Me pueden informar cómo hacerlo o donde encuentro documentación para poder hacerlo? por favor.

     

    Mi intención es generar una base de datos de conocimiento en Services Desk, pero que el usuario final la pueda ver en SA Service Catalog.

    Good afternoon.

     

    I'm starting to work with the Service Desk tool.
    I understand that there is a way to relate Service Desk with SA Service Catalog but I do not know how to do it.
    Can you tell me how to do it or where I can find documentation to do it? please.

     

    My intention is to generate a database of knowledge in Services Desk.
    But that the end user can see it in SA Service Catalog.

    Hi Miguel,

    I am not sure I understand what you are asking for on this one.  Can you add some details and clarification to your post?

    Is it that you are looking to integrate the Service Assurance piece of Catalog with CA Service Desk?

    Not sure that we are able to do that.

    My question was how to relate the SERVICE DESK to the SERVICE CATALOG.
