    Good Morning Amal.

And in addition, I found these information for youo:

The customization possibilities for USS are limited.
The only customization supported is, changing the USS header logo and favicon and company name via the USS Administrative function/GUI.
To do this, please follow the steps below:
    1) Log into USS as Administrator
    2) Settings
    3) Customization
    4) Modify header logo, favicon, company name.

Further details in the following link:
    https://wiki.ca.com/display/CASM1401/Modify+Unified+Self-Service

All other customizations are outside the scope of CA Support and would require CA Services.
    To change the logo:
    1) Prepare your company logo. For example, mycompany.png.
It is better to have this image file as a 190x37 image file so the logo can display clearly on the web client login page.
    2) Rename the login-logo_190x37.png file in USS-install-folder\OSOP\tomcat-7.0.40\webapps\ROOT\html\portlet\login\images to orig_login-logo_190x37.png.
3a) Copy your company logo file into this folder and rename it to login-logo_190x37.png.
3b) Copy your company logo file ALSO into the USS-install-folder\OSOP\tomcat-7.0.40\webapps\front-office-theme\images\header folder.
    4) Recycle the USS service(s).
    5) Inform end users to remove/clear their browser cache/temporary files.

Step 3b is crucial to avoid a only-one-time-visible changed logo on the login page.
The .png from this folder is restored into the 'ROOT\...' folder.

Now when an end user goes to USS web client login page, your company logo will display instead of the out of box one that shows "CA Service Management".

    Kind regards, Louis.

    Good Afternoon Amal.

And I then reproduced the issue and found the cause&solution.

After the restart the file in USS-install-folder\OSOP\tomcat-7.0.40\webapps\ROOT\html\portlet\login\images is replaced by its original.
That is why step 3c has been added in the procedure.

    To change the logo:
    1) Prepare your company logo. For example, mycompany.png.
It is better to have this image file as a 190x37 image file so the logo can display clearly on the web client login page.
    2) Rename the login-logo_190x37.png file in
    USS-install-folder\OSOP\tomcat-7.0.40\webapps\ROOT\html\portlet\login\images to orig_login-logo_190x37.png.
3a) Copy your company logo file into this folder and rename it to login-logo_190x37.png.
3b) Copy your company logo file ALSO into the
    USS-install-folder\OSOP\tomcat-7.0.40\webapps\front-office-theme\images\header folder.
3c) You need to copy you custom file login-logo_190x37.png to
    OSOP\tomcat-7.0.40\webapps\front-office-hook\WEB-INF\jsps\html\portlet\login\images folder
    4) Recycle the USS service(s).
    5) Inform end users to remove/clear their browser cache/temporary files.

After the restart the file in USS-install-folder\OSOP\tomcat-7.0.40\webapps\ROOT\html\portlet\login\images is replaced by its original.
That is why step 3c has been added in the procedure.

Steps 3b and 3c are crucial to avoid a only-one-time-visible changed logo on the login page.
The .png from this folder is restored into the 'ROOT\...' folder.

Now when an end user goes to USS web client login page, your company logo will display instead of the out of box one that shows "CA Service Management".

    Kind regards, Louis.
