    I am trying to perform a Requirement Gathering and Freeze scope for a CMDB implementation for Barco. Anyone who has an experience on Project managing E2E implementation of CMDB around defining Business processes, who can help me define an appraoch here? Please feel free to revert.

    I will say that you are not in the right place.

     

    Even if technical expert here are willing to help, you need to engage with an ITIL Expert.

     

    There is much more disaster than success when it comes to CMDB implementation.

     

     

    The difficulties here are not tool related. Well defined processes and a high rate of change adoption are the key.

     

    For that you need processes specialist and change management specialist.
