I've added some custom statuses to Catalog in various ranges (submitted / fulfillment) etc which pull through to USS and all work fine.
Now I want to add a custom cancelled status which will reflect on USS in the cancelled / closed page.
what range should i use / custom status number? the reserved ranges for custom status dont give me an indication what i can use that a ticket in that status shows in the "closed" section on USS.
location on USS it should display
Sorry but I have to ask what is the business case for having custom Cancelled statuses?
Good Afternoon Andries. As shown at the top of the screenshot you added to this thread, you can have custom status(ses) for the mentioned existing codes.300-399, 500-599, 900-990 and 1100-1899. And "<st_4>Cancelled</st_4>" is not a status to be customized. Should you need this to be implemented in a future release, may I then ask you to please open an Idea in this same Community as such?To be voted-up for and then reviewed accordingly.
