    Hi all,

    I need to know how to manage issue from SDM mobile app. How to enable the creation of new issue?

    I have a customer that needs this feature on mobile device.

    Massimo,

     

    I'm sorry to state that the mobile application is only designed for Request and Incident management. If you'd like to see Issue management included, I'd suggest opening an "Idea" in the Communities.
