Is possible configure a email notification for assigned group when a Task is assigned to a group?
By default don't exist the object contact notifications "assigned group " and i created the next Object
but this don´t work.

Next question is - How are you assigning the group to the task? Is it being done manually or automatically? If automatically, how and when is that being done?
If the tickets are being automatically assigned to the Groups (based on being tied to the Request Area) you can view this:

If the group is being assigned after the Task is created, I'm sorry to say that this functionality doesn't presently exist. This action is considered a "Transfer" and a notification does not exist in association to transfer of Workflow tasks. We have an Idea in the Communities already that you may want to review.
