Is there some way to call full pre-installed Support Automation client instead of webchat when using Unified Self Service Chat button?

I looked into this a bit, but I'm sorry to say that there doesn't appear to be a way to change integration to launch the full client. It may be possible through a customization, but I wouldn't typically recommend making adjustment to the USS interface.
