Problem when listing categories with special characters SDM 17

    I'm experiencing a problem listing the categories when in the name of them there is some special character (:, |, (,), /, \)

     

     

    The category below "MICROCOMPUTER / NOTEBOOK" has several categories below it, but the fact that the name has a special character is not listing

     

    I changed the character for some cases from / to OU
    and started working normally.

    Is there a procedure for the category tree to identify these special characters, or is it necessary to load the data by updating the category names?

    Is this a clean install of SDM 17.0?  If an upgrade, did you notice the same issue prior to upgrading SDM?

    I seem to recall a similar issue being reported to the Engineering team for further analysis in 17.0.

    Please open a CA Support ticket for this behavior and provide the CA Support ticket # so that we can followup internally.

    This environment was upgraded from version 14.1.3 to version 17.
    In version 14.1.3 it worked normally.
