Asignees and Dates Transferred of Ticket BOXI REPORT

    Hello Community,

     

    We would like to know if there's a way to bring the assignees that had been working on a single ticket in a column in a BOXI Report. For example a case that has been escalated to different areas.

     

    Ticket NumberAsignees

    Date received

    Date transferred to another analyst

    4854Eric02/04/18 11:00 AM02/04/18 3:45 PM
    Joe02/04/18 3:45 PM02/05/18 9:32 AM
    Russell02/05/18 9:32 AM

    02/05/18

    4:05 PM

     

    Please help.

    Hi Jose,

     

    This info is in the act_log table. As such, there is no reason why you can't get this in a report displayed as you desire.
