We would like to know if there's a way to bring the assignees that had been working on a single ticket in a column in a BOXI Report. For example a case that has been escalated to different areas.
Date received
Date transferred to another analyst

Hi Jose,
This info is in the act_log table. As such, there is no reason why you can't get this in a report displayed as you desire.
