  • 1.  EEM with multiple ads

    Good morning, I use EEM integrated with several ADs, it happens that when one of the servers is shut down for any reason, nobody can authenticate  (even if the user is not in the ad that was turned off) because the EEM is very slow, does anyone know how to solve this?

    What version of EEM do you have installed?

     

    Which products do you have integrated with EEM for authentication?

    Version : 12.51.5.24

    Only Service Desk has been integrated
