    Hi Folks,

We are going to upgrade our tomcat version to 7.0.68 version in BOXI 4.1 SP5.

We have gone through the document link. Its working fine when there is not any integration between SDM/ITAM.

Upgrade Tomcat - CA Business Intelligence - 4.1 SP5 - CA Technologies Documentation

I have one concern. Will it affect our custom ServiceDesk/ITAM reporting anyhow?

Since it will undeploy the webapps.

We dont have any test server for BOXI which is having custom reports for SDM/ITAM. So please help us with the information.

    Thanks,

    EMS

    EMS......

If you are referring to any custom BOXI reports, reports are stored within the BOXI CMS database.

An upgrade of Tomcat should not affect custom reports.

I would recommend having a backup/snapshot of the BOXI server and the CMS database in case you run into any other issues with the BOXI Tomcat upgrade.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Did the information provided the other day address your question/concern regarding the CABI Tomcat upgrade?
