  • 1.  Cannot login SDM on mobile browser

    Hello Team

     

    We have published Mobility url on internet . Now we can access it on mobile  phones but cant login as it giving following error.

     

    Please advise how to resolve.

    Hey Aamir,

     

    Can you check for these REST  options? (rest_webservice_resources_to_expose  is NOT  installed)    AND   ( rest_webservice_disable_basic_auth = No   and Installed  )

     

    If they are set otherwise, correct them to look like above, restart SDM and retest?

    this need to check in  NX file. right?

     

    one thing also confirm. is there any problem to login in casm application if we have tenant option enabled in sdm?

    Thank you. Re-deploying REST might be one thing we can try -   While its not "404 not found: error that you are getting, but its "undefined", I thought it was related to the rest_webservices_to_expose option.

    Thanks for ur usual support

     

    this issue had been resolved. it was services issue which I recycled and it

    fixed. Thanks anyway

     

    Apart from it. We already working with you on a case for' UsS not login '

    and its too long still resolved. Appreciate if u could take WebEx and look

    into the issue so we will reach at some point of resolution. ...

     

    I guess there is much difference of our working timings that's why we

    getting response late.
