In Service Desk Manager application ... I choose from the menu bar (Search > Configuration Items)
Enter my search criteria and click the "Search" button ... in this case I am searching for specific IP Addresses
This brings up the "configuration item" list page
My question is as follows:
On this list page, can I add a specific column to see the data ... in this case I want to see the IP Address for each CI
Yes, you can certainly do this by using Web Screen Painter to add an additional column to the list_nr.htmpl form. You can then test, and publish the updated form.
