  • 1.  can you add a column to see on the item list page

    In Service Desk Manager application ... I choose from the menu bar (Search > Configuration Items)

    Enter my search criteria and click the "Search" button ... in this case I am searching for specific IP Addresses

    This brings up the "configuration item" list page

     

    My question is as follows:

    On this list page, can I add a specific column to see the data ... in this case I want to see the IP Address for each CI

    Hi Katherine, 

    Yes, you can certainly do this by using Web Screen Painter to add an additional column to the list_nr.htmpl form.  You can then test, and publish the updated form.  For more info about using Web Screen Painter, please take a look at this section of the documentation:  https://docops.ca.com/ca-service-management/14-1/en/building/building-ca-service-desk-manager/web-interface-modifications/how-to-modify-the-web-interface-using-web-screen-painter
